Mrs. Heath is nothing short of spectacular. She is thorough, direct and unwavering in her pursuit to get her client their desired result. My case was unusual in that I am a military member residing out of state where as my ex-wife resides in Michigan. Geographical issues never hindered Mrs. Heath during the litigation. In fact, she often made it possible for me to remain home, on duty while she handled business. During my divorce proceedings my ex-wife and her attorney were completely off-base and unrealistic in what they wanted and (or) thought was fair. To refute their demands Mrs. Heath patiently conferred with and counseled them on the best way ahead; simmering situations. Often met by opposing counsel with adversity and a fierce unwillingness to compromise Mrs. Heath pushed forward, was charming and quick-witted with the Judge and we prevailed. I would tell anyone to go to her......the 1st time we went to court. OMG by the time she got there I was a mess she took me into a hall way and grabbed my hands and said "it will be ok" I will not let anything happen that you don't understand or are uncomfortable with".
Also, I did not find Symantha in a phone book. My grandmother's attorney gave me her number so, other attorneys recommend her. Thanks for everything (the good, the bad and the ugly that it was). You and your office staff never let me down.
